Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Your order becomes legally accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

JHAIL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages or technical issues.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€).

Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout where required by law.

Prices may change without prior notice, however any confirmed order will always be honoured at the price paid during checkout.

JHAIL wax melts are designed for use in suitable wax warmers only.

Please:

• keep away from flammable materials;
• allow wax to cool before handling.
